I am so thrilled to have you here because I love educating, sharing, helping, supporting and guiding people like you through life’s big (and little) challenges.

I am a certified Social Worker and Counsellor with training in Mental Health, Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Resilience, and Narrative Therapy with over fifteen years experience as a Counsellor, Course Facilitator, Professional Development, Social-Emotional Educator, Public Speaker and Author.

I put together these courses FOR YOU because through my work I realised we simply never learnt the skills needed to manoeuvre through and tackle life’s challenges in a positive and healthy way. Growing up we were rarely sat down and taught about mental health or emotional health, how to calm a busy mind, practical self-care strategies, emotional intelligence or to communicate effectively.

My aim is to share with you life tools and coping strategies that you can you take home immediately and implement into your daily life.

My courses are all broken down into bite size videos with explanations and most importantly practical, actionable steps, tips, tools, techniques and processes for you to learn easily today.

Romi Grossberg.

Romi is an acclaimed author, counsellor, TEDx presenter and course trainer. With over fifteen years of experience as a counsellor, she has helped countless clients overcome obstacles in mental health, emotional well-being, relationships, life decision-making, communication skills, self-care and in leading a more peaceful and balanced life.

Romi also facilitates Professional Development trainings on mental health, emotional well-being and self-care strategies to companies, Non-Government Organisations (NGO's), schools, and most recently was a mentor at SXSW in Austin Texas.

Romi is a study junky and world traveller with degrees in Social Science (LaTrobe University), Social Work (Monash University) and further qualifications from Australia in Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), Dealing with Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks’, Drug & Alcohol Harm Minimisation, and Suicide Intervention Training. From the US she is further trained in Mindfulness-CBT for Resilience (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) at the Center for Mindfulness & Compassion, Cambridge Health Alliance, Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital, US, and from the UK in Mental Health in the Workplace, Train the Trainer, and Communication Skills.

Romi appears regularly on television, radio, podcast programs and international panels to discuss her books, writing therapy, mental health and self-care practices. Romi’s unique set of skills in writing therapy and counselling, International public speaking and professional writing, inspired her to share her wisdom worldwide through her book The 5-Minute Guide to Emotional Intelligence. Her latest book The Key, A Social Emotional Toolkit for Teens can be used as a resource, a school program or in the home.
